starry night

have you ever see night turns to day? how darkness gives way to the light? well i did. last night.

it all begin with a simple trip to the cinema. we tried getting the 9pm show but the seats were crap. so we decided to go with the 11.45pm show. see, our hostel gate shuts at 11pm. so the only options left were to sneak in or sleep elsewhere. fortunately, we came out with the best solution, to hang out all night, celebrating our new-found-yet-temporary freedom.

the show was great. it was pretty tiring though, trying to make sense of it all. but it was worth watching considering the fact that it got me jumping up and down. haha. how cool. when the show ended, we a sat a while longer, letting the crowd go first. suddenly, this guy from the seat behind me called for me. first thing i thought he would say was "stop jumping up and down. dude, man up!". haha. imagine the embarrassment. turns out, he dropped his slipper under my seat. *relieved*

we stopped by over a MA-PLE later, had a couple of drinks and got bored. it was 3 then, and we havent perform our prayers. whoops. so we got up and search for the nearest mosque. masjid negeri, closed. surau dekat shell, doesnt exist. so we went on. after a few turns, we found this little surau around batu tiga, and luckily it wasnt locked. so we did our obligations and continued our cute little expedition.

vroom vroom vroom.

we were close to subang, so we decided to go somewhere some of us were familiar with, asia cafe. well, we thought of playing around the cyber cafe until dawn but turns out, the CC was closed. how shitty. so we walked, saw this CD shop and went in. browsing over the whole lot, we talked about all the tv shows and movies in the world to kill the time. lame but quite fun =]

the walk continued. suddenly we saw this open CC. it was bright. it was new. we entered. see, we were actually pretty broke. so we decided to let two out of five of us to play. fascinatingly, the CC was free. it was having a promotion. lucky us, we were at the right place at the right time. so we played there, until dawn.

around 6, we made our journey back to cendana, our lovely hostel. and slept
